About Brittany Geotes

Brittany and her husband, Andrew Geotes, own and manage NextHome Simplicity and their real estate photography company, UZZI Media. After seven years of university, Brittany became a Realtor in January of 2014, believing real estate would be a temporary job, but quickly realized this would become a long-term career. In 2018 Brittany received her broker's license, opened NextHome Simplicity and UZZI Media. Her career consisted of selling any and every kind of property all along the MS Gulf Coast.

"When I began my real estate career in 2014, the real estate market was mostly foreclosures or difficult to sell properties, especially on the MS Gulf Coast. Hurricane Katrina flattened the Gulf Coast in 2005, and there has been a housing shortage since before I began my career. Due to the recession, there was not an uptick in building or rebuilding until 2016-2017. I started this career at a time where it was challenging to become successful in real estate, but I absolutely love what I do." - Brittany Geotes.

Over Brittany's career, she has worked with a wide array of buyers and sellers, anything from small investors, 1031 exchange investors, first time home buyers, and commercial properties. She eventually developed a niche for second home buyers and sellers but has never turned down a client. Today, she prefers to work with sellers of any sort due to her exceptional marketing skills, seller assistant designations, and luxury marketing certification, but she will never turn down the chance to help a buyer find their NextHome.
